Yoga classes in Bournemouth & Poole

Carina teaches regular yoga classes at multiple venues and studios throughout Dorset and Hampshire. Private individual / group tuition both in person and online is also available as well as work place yoga, hen-party sessions and SUP yoga throughout the local area.
